Amazing experience, staff super friendly. Provided detailed walk through of van before leaving. Answered all questions I had. Would highly recommend using indie campers Stockholm to anyone.

The sensors need checking. Water waste lights didn’t work so we couldn’t know when tank was full. We realize because started smelling horrible. It was the most incredible experience for us. We enjoyed every minute in our camper. Nemo and Mohamed great people explained everything and gave us great explanation and tips :) thanks both!!!

Small bits & pieces weren't properly working. Like the outside lock to the toilet didn't really lock etc. An Information about that would have been good in advance but it was nothing that couldn't be handled. The local staff was very nice. As mentioned, a bit more information about some things would have been great but overall it was very good. When we were on the westcoast our water stopped working and we tried to contact the customer service to help us. Unfortunately the QR Code provided doesn't work, so does the phone number. We then reached someone in America which just doesn't makes sense but they told us to handle the problem via Live-Chat. I think it was 5 different people we chatted with to find out that we need to go to a RV Mechanic to get the water pump fixed which took time away from the trip. The Live-Chat thing is just not a good way of handling these things. Also please update the emergency numbers and QR Codes provided in the Van. And additionally maybe explain the basic electricity things to people so that they aren't unprepared when they have to change and check fuses in the van. A simple "this is the switch which turns everything off" would have been good to really have a good feeling about doing that. Apart from that the interiour was a bit damaged here and there but one of the guys here said he doesn't really care about the inside of the van so that was alright too. Everything else was good. Even tho we got a different van to what we originally booked, it was a very great one and a great experience. The local team was very very friendly & helpful. Change the customer support and it's almost perfect ;)

Nothing , had a great time thanks The team where great very easy transaction. The van was good we went when there was a bit of snow around . Van was fine in the cold and heater was a good send, easy to drive around everywhere .

The van was super good, with all the supplies we need. Daniel explained us everything and was able to help us with everything needed. Maybe some lighter adaptor, to connect the usb.

El coche un poco antiguo pero en buenas condiciones y con buen mantenimiento hecho por Indie Campers Super amables y comunicativos, han ayudado en todo momento tanto en la recogida como en la entrega, incluso nos consiguieron transporte al aeropuerto a buen precio.

The car was a bit old but in good condition and well maintained by Indie Campers. They were super friendly and communicative. They helped at all times with both pick-up and delivery. They even got us transportation to the airport at a good price.

Indie campers à encore une fois répondu à nos attentes en terme de road trip. L’accueil avec Tom a été parfaite : bienveillance, sourire et bonne humeur. (Merci à lui). Quand nous avons demandé un deuxième oreillers, il n’a pas hésité à nous donner directement un deuxième kit literie. Le van a roulé sans problème, les équipements étaient en bons états. Le retour a été tout aussi parfait. Merci à l’équipe. Suggestions : Nous avons eu 2 couettes, heureusement car fin octobre/ début novembre il commençait à faire très froid. Si nous avions eu qu’une couette cela n’aurait pas été suffisant. Adapter les couettes en fonction des saisons serait nécessaire. Dans le kit vaisselle, un torchon (ou 2) pour essuyer la vaisselle serait vraiment nécessaire. Un petit tapis à l’entrée du van aussi. La matière du matela (simili cuir), est très confortable mais le drap housse fournit glisse et est trop fin pour la saison.

Indie campers has once again met our expectations in terms of road trip. The welcome with Tom was perfect: kindness, smile and good humor. (Thanks to him). When we asked for a second pillow, he did not hesitate to give us a second bedding kit directly. The van drove without problem, the equipment was in good condition. The return was just as perfect. Thanks to the team. Suggestions: We had 2 duvets, fortunately because at the end of October / beginning of November it was starting to get very cold. If we had only had one duvet it would not have been enough. Adapting the duvets according to the seasons would be necessary. In the dish kit, a tea towel (or 2) to dry the dishes would be really necessary. A small mat at the entrance of the van too. The material of the mattress (imitation leather), is very comfortable but the fitted sheet provided slips and is too thin for the season.

We waited approximately 20 minutes before we checked as another customer was there. If we have booked in for a particular time then we should be able to collect at this time and not havr to pay an outrageous money to pick up earlier or later. The check in process once started was quick and easy. He did note that he hadn't seen our request for winter tires (which I had started in a live chat and in my booking) until it was time to pick up and car at which point it was obviously too late to change the tires A few draws didn't lock properly and the heater needed a piece of paper between the window and sensor (which had been described to us on pick-up). All reasonable things for a hire car. Clean and functional. Could have helped to provide paper towels and/or a tea towel with the kitchen stuff as we had to purchase these. Internet didn't work for most of the trip which was disappointing. Overall a great experience with indie Campers!

We loved the camper. There was so much storage and well planned design and ease for lighting, heat, roof, etc.. A step stool for older folks like us would make it easier to get in and out. Extra hand strap at entrance behind passenger seat would assist getting in and out. We loved the Rv and will Rent again, if we visit Sweden in the future. This RV provided a great opportunity for us to see so much of the country and beautiful campgrounds! Great service and polite hardworking staff.

It needs a rear view camera, especially when the car is so big. Really easy drop off. And so nice we were driven to the train station 🙏🏻

Ein Schild mit dem Namen/Logo von Indie Campers an der Einfahrt des PickUp-Centers wäre super. Durch die Baustelle und das fehlende Logo waren wir uns nicht sicher, ob wir überhaupt am richtigen Ort waren. Besonders bei der Ankunft mit dem Taxi ein Grund für Unsicherheit. Diese Unsicherheit legte sich durch den freundlichen Empfang von Daniel aber zum Glück schnell. Der Kundenservice (WhatsApp) war sehr freundlich und kompetent, auch wenn wir bis zu 20 Minuten auf eine Antwort warten mussten. Eine der angegebenen Telefonnummern ist außer Dienst und funktioniert nicht mehr, der Mann bei einer der anderen Nummern wusste nicht, was AdBlue ist.

A sign with the name/logo of Indie Campers at the entrance to the PickUp Center would be great. Because of the construction site and the missing logo, we weren't sure if we were even in the right place. This was a cause for uncertainty, especially when arriving by taxi. Fortunately, this uncertainty was quickly dispelled by the friendly welcome from Daniel. The customer service (WhatsApp) was very friendly and competent, even though we had to wait up to 20 minutes for an answer. One of the phone numbers provided is out of service and no longer works, the man at one of the other numbers didn't know what AdBlue was.

Pick up shuttle between Arlanda and warehouse would be good
