The inside of the camper wasn’t super clean. And you have to sign off that it is ok with the guy standing there. You’re excited to go and want to get moving so you sign. But the camper insides could definitely be cleaner. Overall though, the van was great! No problems. Just go!

All went well Our van was missing the power cord. It didn’t affect us much at all as we were camping mostly where there wasn’t power available. That would have been an issue if we were counting on using it. Outside of that, everything was great. Local team was awesome.

Having kitchen supplies in a tote is a bit impractical. You’re constantly moving the tote around. Maybe a bag would be easier to tuck away. Great van. Easy to use. Quick pick up and drop off. Clean. Would rent again!

An air freshener would be great at pick up. Great experience using the camping van.

Van was great. Customer service was great. Only thing that could’ve been improved was the cleanliness of the inside of the van upon pickup. There was toilet paper and hair in the toilet, meaning it wasn’t emptied. Water spots all over the mirror and inside of windshield. Dust everywhere. Otherwise excellent. Van was in great condition. Drove and operated as expected. Everything worked. Great on gas. Overall we had a great experience and would rent from indie campers again for sure.

Give the people who manage the 24/7 help line access to makes and models of the equipment being provided. Give the people who manage the 24/7 help line access to makes and models of the equipment being provided. For example, I thought ordering the extra tent meant ordering an extra sleeping tent, and the help line did not tell me anything about this when I called and asked if the tent would be waterproof and adequate. Also, I couldn't shut off the light inside the Jeep. The help line said it might be an electrical issue that needs to be looked at. I went back to the pick up spot, and it was a simple switch that I wish the help line knew about so that I didn't have to drive back (because they didn't know anything about the make and models of the car being issued to me). Overall great service and no problems thought!
