Greatest staff we have ever met in all of Italy! Great service, very humain and understanding! Thank you for the great experience we will definetly use IndiCamper again! I heartly recommend it for anyone! Write the number with 00 in front because we didnt know if we needed help because we are from Canada and we didnt know it watts necessary in Europe.

I would recommend a more complete explanation on the van. Maybe a page with videos and texts on gas, energy, and other details. It’s very complicated for first time travelers. Other than that, the 24/7 is essential and was very helpful when I needed it. Happy with it :)

Everything as expected, I only recommend a deeper cleaning of the interior of the vehicle and a good air freshener to have that feeling of new and fresh that makes the difference. I assure you that it has a positive impact on the customer. The vehicle was perfect except for the lack of winter equipment and a gas adapter for Italy that caused me some inconveniences on the trip. However, customer service helped me and provided quick solutions and was very supportive.
