The 24/7 hotline could be better.. would be great to have an office email adresse where you can reach someone to get in touch.. I tried 2different mail adress and didnt get an answer… The rest was perfekt.. fast check in - very friendly and professional team My experience with indiecampers was very positiv.. not any problem with the check in, check out or the van itselfs… We had a VW California beach, a nearly new car… everything was fine… And the team there is great…

Wir würden noch folgende Utensilien vorschlagen: Geschirrhandtuch Kehrschaufel und Besen (für die innenreinigung zum fegen) Evtl Verlängerungskabel Strom anbieten (optional) Evtl. Hinweis auf die Möglichkeit das Handy mit dem Van zu koppeln (navigation/ Musik etc) mit USB C Schnittstelle Der California ist sehr gut für 2 Personen geeignet. Bei 4 Personen ist vermutlich nicht genug Stauraum für das Gepäck vorhanden. Die Gaskartusche hat bei uns bei intensiver Nutzung (3x täglich) für mehr als 17 Tage gereicht. Tisch und 2 Stühle sind super integriert und nehmen keinen Stauraum weg. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

We would also suggest the following utensils: Tea towel Dustpan and broom (for sweeping the interior) Possibly offer an extension cable for power (optional) Possibly mention the possibility of connecting the cell phone to the van (navigation/music etc.) with a USB C interface The California is very suitable for 2 people. With 4 people there is probably not enough storage space for luggage. The gas cartridge lasted for more than 17 days with intensive use (3x daily). The table and 2 chairs are superbly integrated and do not take up any storage space. We were very satisfied.

Better quality , pillows provided with bedding kit . have a technician go over vehicles interior to tighten or replace any worn out parts . Over great experience with our rental van. Perfect way to travel in portugal. such freedom. very comfortable. Although some off the vans interior isn't made off the best quality ave can stop working. blinds, some cupboards, overall the vehicle met our expectations and the staff was very helpful

Solar panel would be great for more autonomy

Ofcourse there is some visible wear and tear that can be expected of a rented RV. It was all perfectly noted and documented in the contract. My tips would be to include a bucket, peace of robe (washing line) and pinchers in the cleaning set. All in all the campervan was super and we had a great vacation with that camper freedom feeling. The local team was very kind, welcoming and supportive! Great explanation and very communicative!

The vehicle was not as booked, a nomad transit, but we were offered an alternative. Indie campers whats app group was used for help whilst at the camp site and there were very responsive. Thank you!

More internal cleaning of the cabin and dishes It was our first experience in a camper. We believe we had everything we needed, and that we received good support even on the problems we had. But don't forget to check that everything is in order before leaving and to equip yourself with a good spirit of adaptation and adventure. Bedding was torn and dirty. Middle drawer of kitchen area faulty and flew out around the first roundabout. Older van, but for the most part worked. The gas would not self ignite, but worked with matches. Very responsive and they were able to help us with all our questions.

Had a great experience !! The car had no problems at all and was so convenient to use . First time taking a trip with you and definitely not the last (:

A pia da cozinha estava com mau cheiro. Toda vez que andávamos com o veículo, vinha um cheiro desagradável, desde o primeiro dia. Algumas das persianas e mosquiteiras estavam estragadas. Ainda era possível utilizá-las, mas não travavam-se perfeitamente e estavam em estado delicado. Uma das bocas do fogão não mantinha-se acesa. O freio de mão era muito fraco, e só podíamos parar em local plano. Poderiam trocar o freio. Ótima caravana, muito completa e prática. Tudo que precisamos, e fácil de conduzir e manobrar. Para 4 pessoas, fica um pouco mais apertado, principalmente para dormir, mas ainda atende perfeitamente para aqueles que não são tão exigentes. No geral, ótima experiência

The kitchen sink smelled bad. Every time we drove the vehicle, there was an unpleasant smell, from the first day. Some of the blinds and mosquito nets were broken. They could still be used, but they didn't lock properly and were in a delicate state. One of the stove burners wouldn't stay lit. The handbrake was very weak, and we could only park on level ground. They could replace the brake. Great caravan, very complete and practical. Everything we needed, and easy to drive and maneuver. For 4 people, it's a little tight, especially for sleeping, but it's still perfect for those who aren't too demanding. Overall, a great experience

Nothing, everything was perfect. The camper van was well equipped, clean and as advertised. The communication with pick up, drop off and the indie assist team was brilliant. All in all a perfect hire thank you Indie Campervans . Brilliant service all round, great team thank you.

Outside was not very clean, so it was hard to tell if there were scratches and such already. Though if small scratches are not of concern it's all fine and dandy. Would be good to let people know before reserving about the vehicle not having a shower. That was a bigger surprise. Also letting us know the details of what's not working, like the stove knob and the side window blind (which we managed to fix) would be great before we get out on the road. The kitchen nonstick pan was also so scratched up it was unusable, and there was no spatula, which might explain why it gets so damaged. The camper also could really use a little broom and door mat, we bought those and have left them for you. The bedsheets also had a really strong smell mostly of detergent, but that got worse as the days went on. Thanks for all your attention and assistance, we really appreciate the human side.

Das Bett war etwas zu kurz, ansonsten top Ausstattung und super schnelle leichte Abwicklung. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit :)

proper solution for the top window (right now only fixed with tape) Buttons missing for the radio and lighter was a fun experience. Friendly staff at the depot!

Checken ob alles im Camper ist was dort sein sollte …. Es war kein Stuhl und Tisch und Tabletten für das wc da…sonst alles gut ! Danke für die Reise . Die Check out Zeit konnte nicht eingehalten werden, da die Mitarbeiter noch nicht da waren. Danach ging alles ganz schnell! Danke
