The 24/7 hotline could be better.. would be great to have an office email adresse where you can reach someone to get in touch.. I tried 2different mail adress and didnt get an answer…

fast check in - very friendly and professional team My experience with indiecampers was very positiv.. not any problem with the check in, check out or the van itselfs… We had a VW California beach, a nearly new car… everything was fine…
And the team there is great…

Ofcourse there is some visible wear and tear that can be expected of a rented RV. It was all perfectly noted and documented in the contract. My tips would be to include a bucket, peace of robe (washing line) and pinchers in the cleaning set. All in all the campervan was super and we had a great vacation with that camper freedom feeling. The local team was very kind, welcoming and supportive! Great explanation and very communicative!

Helpline shouldn't be an AI - you should be connected directly to a human when you have an inquiry. Antonio from Porto Pickup Center was extremely helpful and explained everything to us newbies in detail and very patiently - drank you so much!

Nothing, everything was perfect. The camper van was well equipped, clean and as advertised. The communication with pick up, drop off and the indie assist team was brilliant. All in all a perfect hire thank you Indie Campervans . Brilliant service all round, great team thank you.

Outside was not very clean, so it was hard to tell if there were scratches and such already. Though if small scratches are not of concern it's all fine and dandy.
Would be good to let people know before reserving about the vehicle not having a shower. That was a bigger surprise.
Also letting us know the details of what's not working, like the stove knob and the side window blind (which we managed to fix) would be great before we get out on the road.
The kitchen nonstick pan was also so scratched up it was unusable, and there was no spatula, which might explain why it gets so damaged.
The camper also could really use a little broom and door mat, we bought those and have left them for you.
The bedsheets also had a really strong smell mostly of detergent, but that got worse as the days went on.

The battery wasn't charged on pick up. The battery capacity could have been better. 95ah only. I have 260ah in my van Although the vehicle is quite basic it was adequate for a two week stay with occasional nights in camp sites to top up the battery.
The company and staff are very welcoming, efficient and helpful. We would happily hire from them again.

. The only flaw was picking up the camper when it was already dark and not seeing the external "damage" properly to be able to compare it with the card left on arrival. Something to improve (internal maintenance of the camper such as bathroom door handle, internal curtains, bathroom door with a screw out and drawer that opened at every turn). Staff at check-in and check-out very helpful and friendly. The only flaw was picking up the camper when it was already dark and not seeing the external "damage" properly to be able to compare it with the card left on arrival.
. Unica pecca, aver ritirato il camper quando già era buio e non aver visto bene i "danni" esterni per poterli confrontare bene con la scheda lasciata all'arrivo. Qualcosa da migliorare (manutenzione interna del camper come ad es maniglia della porta del bagno, tendine interne, porta del bagno con una vite fuori e cassetto che si apriva a ogni curva). Personale in check-in e in check-out molto disponibile e cordiale. The shower door couldn’t close because the doorknob falls off on the inside, because of this I couldn’t shower in the van. Also, the gas stove didn’t always work as good so might need to be checked as well. But overall I had a good experience and enjoyed the van!

João, the guy who delivered the van to us, was super friendly, he explained everything we needed. The van was perfect, we didn't have any problems.
