The RV itself wasn't the highest quality but that is kind of what I expect in a rental. Drawers and other parts fell out / off during our trip or while we were driving. Otherwise though, everything was stellar. The employees we interacted with were all so kind and wonderful. We had a great time and experience. Personally, I thought the size was perfect for 2 adults. I'm not sure if I'd recommend our size camper for any larger of a group or 2 adults and more than 1 child. I would also suggest adding a TV (or the option) for parents traveling with children. Or at least be clear it doesn't have one. Didn't bother us adults but I could see that being an issue with kids.

Tiffany was amazing in supporting us upon vehicle return! Great help. Vehicle functionality issues were already reported to the costumer center. Overall had a good experience! Again great support from Tiffany upon check-out!

Phoenix staff were great! The only thing that could be improved on would be to offer warmer bedding, or different bedding options. A cotton duvet was not sufficient for camping in early March, so we had to get other blankets to make it through.

What an awesome experience. The Jeep really was perfect for the trip. I believe we would've benefited with more lights. Whether LED light bar for riding in dark trails at night or lights inside the tent which I believe may have been out of service. I'd also say bigger tires on the jeep as well. Overall, everything else was perfect. Would come back again Amazing!!! Overall, everything else was perfect. Would come back again. The Jeep made everything easily accessible and was perfect for the week.

Tires were not properly inflated when we picked up the camper. Dashboard showed 'low tires warning'. Agent said "New tires, don't worry about the 'low tires warning'." Yes, all tires were new but I found left front at 52psi and right front at 77psi (vehicle spec is 65psi for front tires). I found both rear tires at 88psi (vehicle spec is 80psi). I inflated all tires to proper pressures at a local service station before setting out on our trip. Propane gauge not working correctly, only shows 3/4 when tank is actually full. Great vehicle for two adults, would be fine for two adults and two small children but very tight for four adults. Propane heater worked great, very fast to warm up the space. Solar panel kept cabin batteries topped off, didn't plug in or use the generator at all (4 night trip). Cartridge black water tank is very convenient to dump and had no odor until quite full. Great gas mileage, 20+mpg @ 60mph. Very good choice of vehicle for us, manageable size to drive and park.

Smells from fridge and bathroom were not good. Recommend including cassette toilet chemical tabs. Needs deeper cleaning instead of fragrance clip. No privacy shade/curtain for night. The floorplan yields a non-useful shower in my opinion. We have fallen in love with renting camper vans! They are so functional. Easy to drive and park anywhere. Love having all your stuff in one place, as well as a cold fridge and toilet. We slept comfortably and didn’t mind the small space even when rain and early sunset drove us inside.

The propane tank was empty upon arrival, so we didn't have heat the first night. The check-in employee was kind but didn't provide much information and was hesitant when answering our questions. This was our favorite family vacation to date, much of that having to do with our camper experience!

Nothing to improve. Everything was great. We rented a jeep with a rooftop tent and could not have been happier. The vehicle setup and local branch met every expectation. Frank was there to check us in, show us how everything operates and offer any other assistance we may need. In fact, the day of pickup we were emailed and told we could pick up the vehicle early at no extra charge. We had an outstanding week in the Jeep and explored some great areas. Vehicle return process was very fast and easy. We will return and rent again.
