It would have been useful to have had a longer power cord as on several occasions we could not connect as the cord was quite short and we ended up buying one for €70 (which we left in the van too). Also had issues with water as didn’t have the right connector so bough a watering can to refill. Having the dust pan set was great for cleaning up. Bedding supplied was very basic so had to buy more due to cold weather. We had no mechanical issues with the van, it worked great. A few issues with the interior. For example on pickup told middle draw under sink didn’t close and given a roll of duct tape to hold it shut. Neither fly screen on the side windows worked (stuck and could not be pulled down) which was annoying on hot evenings. Tap in bathroom leaked so stopped using it. The biggest issue was that the toilet stopped flushing with four weeks of our trip to go. The online support team are great and try to help as much as possible - but unfortunately we couldn’t get that fixed on the road and had to work around it.

Thank you to provide special experiences for our family! Regarding room heating, I like to heat by fuel. That’s because, temperature of winter need much fuel. LPG is not enough for 2weeks travel beyond countries.

We really enjoyed our experience, however there were a few things that can be improved and what we expected to be in place - for example, the backseat adjuster was not fitted/damaged, there wasn't any wheel caps on the car and the internal heater did malfunction on certain times.

I always have the best experience with the team at Indie Campers. They are my go to for camper rentals and always go the extra mile to make sure I have everything I need for my trip. I’m not an experienced camper by any means, and I’ve always managed to have a great trip wherever I’ve wandered off to. Highly recommend these guys!
