The local team was friendly enough and ready to help, however it took more time than we expected to prepare all the stuff for the trip (e.g. essential kit's toilet tablets were absent). Also the interior cleaning can be better - the roof tent floor was covered with hairs and dust so a better vacuum cleaning is needed. The tent itself requires some deep washing as well because it has a lot of stains on it. The interior table has signs of being repaired and it lead to the problem with opening and closing every time. The glass cover for a sink is absent. The water filling cap had poor connectors to the tank. That's why it was lost during the trip. However we bought a new one and Indie Campers accepted the refund as for 10.06.2024. Our Marco Polo was a travel ship for 4 wanderers and to be honest it was definitely enough for us (we are close friends). It is the best option if you want to stand freely (thanks to the rooftop tent) and to fit in all parkings you stay. The size of the van feels enormous only for the first day and after getting used it is driven like a normal car. Specifically compared to the bigger campers. The media system in our van supported Apple CarPlay and Android Auto we were quite excited about it. All the car info (tanks, electricity and etc) was easily accessible. Also please be advised that sleeping on the rooftop tent and inside the van is a completely different experience. On the rooftop tent there is more space and the mattress is more comfortable however during hot days (more than 25 degrees) it can become super stuffy if you don't pay attention where the shadow will be in the morning. On the bottom bed there is a little less space for sleeping but it always better in case of temperatures and freshness (thanks to the little window). Another advice is to put the fridge to a level 3. It was enough keep all the groceries cold and allowed us to rarely use the external electricity. Be careful with the interior table. It is really fragile, better to fully check it during the checkout.

The vehicle was super clean and perfect, the local check-in went smoothly! Negative point: we only received a 1-person duvet instead of the requested (and promised) 2 person, which was super annoying during the trip, as one person had to sleap on the leather. Not very pleasant. The check-out went smooth too. But it is hard reaching you guys, when the issue is not road-assistance related: Example 1: I forgot something in the van and I still didn't get a respons whether they found it yes or no. I filed a case and send an email to madrid@indiecampers.com. Example 2: to request a 2-person duvet (we only received one for 1 person, which did not fit the bed), you can not text nor call anyone, while for me having a decent bed and sheets on our trip is the reason why we booked this van (+ basic kit) in the first place. The amount of effort you have to is too cumbersome.

Tendrían que considerar para cuando se hace el check-in y check-out que hay imponderables que hacen que haya una probabilidad alta de no poder asistir a la hora pactada (en nuestro caso nos cambiaron el vuelo, enviamos un correo pero no tuvimos respuesta) y eso nos ocasionó una experiencia no satisfactoria en el proceso , mas allá de la voluntad del personal en buscar una solución que nos permitió resolver el problema. En cuanto al vehículo cubrió todas nuestras expectativas

They should consider when checking in and out that there are unforeseen circumstances that make it highly likely that we will not be able to attend at the agreed time (in our case, they changed our flight, we sent an email but we did not receive a response) and that caused us an unsatisfactory experience in the process, beyond the willingness of the staff to find a solution that allowed us to resolve the problem. As for the vehicle, it met all our expectations.

It is simply fantastic to live the experience with Indie Campers. The chosen model was excellent, however there are many models for every need.

Nos recibieron súper bien al retirar la caravana. Nos explicaron cada detalle y nos supo atender cada inquietud que tuvimos. La caravana funcionó muy bien en todos los climas recorriendo España en invierno. Al momento de devolverla fue todo muy rápido ! Nos vamos felices y repetiremos sin duda !

They welcomed us very well when we picked up the caravan. They explained every detail to us and were able to address every concern we had. The caravan worked very well in all climates when travelling around Spain in winter. When it came to returning it, everything was very fast! We are leaving happy and will definitely be back!

Reponiendo la puerta del closet de ropa, las puertas del estante del baño y la puerta del congelador, ademas la cortina plegable de la ducha que no encajaba con su cierre magnetico, antes de entregar el vehiculo en arrendamiento. Todo lo demas estuvo bien. Atencion del personal estuvo excelente. Buena experiencia, como para repetirla en el futuro en otra parte del continente Europeo

Pequenos itens quebrados. Como por exemplo a cortina para tapar os vidros da frente, o pé da mesa, as portas dos armários da cozinha e etc…. O atendimento foi muito bom, pois acenderam duas luzes no painel e nos auxiliaram. As luzes se apagaram depois sem fazermos nada. Porém, fomos até Madrid mostrar o carro, pois ficamos com medo de ir até Barcelona e o carro apresentar problemas. Vale muito a experiência. Ficará marcado em nossas memórias todos os momentos.

Small broken items. He alquilado varias campers y estoy contento, pero teneis que mejorar los tiempos en el check-in y el check-out, aunque bien es cierto que no poneis pegas por devolverla un poco mas tarde para disfrutar al maximo del viaje, Hemos alquilado varias veces y la verdad que cumplen nuestras expectativas, Recomiendo verificar antes bien la camper, que este bien, funcione todo y lleve todo los indispensable, para asi evitar problemas en viaje, pero yo los recomiendo.

I have rented several campers and I am happy, but you have to improve the check-in and check-out times, although it is true that you do not put up any objections to returning it a little later to fully enjoy the trip. Écrit sur votre site parle couramment anglais, francais on a pas du avoir affaire aux bonnes personnes car espagnol uniquement. Heureusement que je me débrouille un peu en espagnol. Par contre nous avons restitué le véhicule devant le portail fermé, à la va vite, en 10 min c'est fait, on voulait une preuve de la restitution de la caution mais la personne est parti faire d'autres retours. Nous avons eu peur de ne pas avoir notre caution mais finalement si. Séjour à Madrid au top. Véhicule propre mais pas neuf. Juste parfait en place pour 2 mais il est noté 4 personnes (2 enfants alors mais je ne sais pas où ils pourraient aller). Pour ceux qui disent parlent couramment anglais, francais on a pas du avoir affaire aux mêmes personnes car espagnol uniquement.

We were afraid of not having our deposit but finally yes. Stay in Madrid at the top. Clean vehicle but not new. Just perfect in place for 2 but it is noted 4 people (2 children then but I do not know where they could go). For those who say they speak fluent English, French we must not have dealt with the same people because Spanish only.

It was the best adventure i XV california in our life. Everything was perfect !!! I hope to see you again!

Una experiencia increíble y la Grand California es perfecta para 2 personas. Esperamos un poco mas de la hora elegida para recoger la Autocaravana, pero luego valió la pena. Los trabajadores muy amables. Recomiendo mirar los videos de presentación de cada caravana que vayáis a alquilar y luego comentarle todas las dudas personal antes de partir.

An incredible experience and the Grand California is perfect for 2 people. We waited a little longer than the chosen time to pick up the motorhome, but it was worth it. The workers were very friendly. I recommend watching the presentation videos of each motorhome you are going to rent and then asking them any questions you have before leaving.

Todo perfecto . Solo a mejorar el tema del freno de mano del vehículo ( es por demás incómodo y falla ) . Lo demás todo de 10 .

Everything is perfect. The only thing that needs to be improved is the vehicle's handbrake (it is extremely uncomfortable and fails). Everything else is 10/10.

Puerta de acceso cerrada el fin de semana, el ingreso estuvo a 400m. Tal vez especificarlo para mayor facilidad. Servio excelente, fácil de comunicarse por WhatsApp.
