Nice people, very good place to rent some van

Keshabs gave a very detailed instructions on how to operate different features on the vehicle. I have to say that it came in really handy when we were out there off the grid. Overall excellent service. Staff's smiles light up the whole experience. Makes it feel special:)) Great thanks from a California Family 🙏 We are planning on returning during summertime and experience the same places without snow. Perhaps keeping a manual for the control panel and it's errors would help. But then again road assistance did a perfect job.

Helsinki (Espoo) staff very kind and friendly. The guy from the depot, Kashem was really nice and caring towards us. 5 stars for him too!! An experience that I will definitely recommend!!!

All good! Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we needed to wait a bit for the check-in. The vehicle was very very good! Just to add that at the time of checkout, we provided one full gas candy back (not used, completely new) so we informed at drop off location hopefully the company can refund the gas candy bought at the beginning. We did not want to run out of gas in middle of Findland because is very cold this time of the year and that’s why we bought more gas, but given this one was not used in the end and we are giving it to the location for free, we hope its price can be refunded. On a side note, to share that whole experience was great and for sure we will repeat with Indie Campers in more locations :)

Really nice and comfy camper van. Almost new . Not too many kilometres on the engine . It worked really nice . Interior is super nice and comfortable .

Le nouveau véhicule était très bien, juste il n’y avait pas d’huile et d’adblue mais à part cela la personne en charge de nous était très bien. Merci Quand on a appelé l’assistante la personne nous a donné un numéro qui ne fonctionnait pas .. mais elle était gentille quand même.

The new vehicle was very good, just there was no oil and adblue but apart from that the person in charge of us was very good. Thank you When we called the assistant the person gave us a number that did not work .. but she was nice anyway.

Would be nice to have a rear view camera.

The vehicle has many usb ports, something i appreciate. But water leaking from the roof during rain. Luckily it didn't rain often. Would be great if there's pickup service from/to airport. The previous caravan i rented picked us up from the airport. The vehicle didn't break, all were working, we made the entire trip without major issue.

Improve bedding especially pillow Provide maps useful apps and websites for parking and campsites locations. Depot could be closer to the airport. All round great service from victor and frank

Was not clear for us that we started with no gas at all so the gas option was pretty much mandatory to pay. Would be cool to have this stated clearly on the website for next customers. Otherwise perfect thanks a lot!

Unsere zugebuchten Extras wurden nur teilweise erfüllt. Komplett war das Startpaket mit Reinigungsmitteln/ u.-tabs. Als Campingmöbeln waren die Stühle da, aber kein Tisch, ebenso fehlten die zwei KlappFahrräder. Man teilte uns mit, dass die Dinge grad nicht vorrätig seien und man uns das Geld dafür schon zurück überwiesen habe (das war auch so). Der Wasserhahn (Küche) war zusammengeklebt (Bruchstelle), aber funktionierte. Die Regalbrettern in den Schränken waren sehr unstabil und nur mit ganz leichten Dingen zu beladen. Da könnte man sicherlich an der Stabilität was verbessern und nicht nur die kleinen Kunststoffstützen benutzen, bzw. diese sollten dann wenigstens vollständig sein (also vier Stück pro Brett). Wir würden durchaus wieder dort ausleihen.

Our booked extras were only partially fulfilled. The starter package with cleaning products/tabs was complete. The camping furniture included chairs, but no table, and the two folding bikes were also missing. We were told that the things were not in stock at the moment and that the money for them had already been transferred back to us (and that was the case). The faucet (kitchen) was glued together (broken), but worked. The shelves in the cupboards were very unstable and could only be loaded with very light things. The stability could certainly be improved and not just the small plastic supports used, or at least they should be complete (so four per shelf). We would definitely rent there again.
