Faro depot very good and profissional

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la furgoneta pero nos ha sorprendido bastante que una de las persianas y uno de los fuegos de la cocina no funcionaban correctamente (solo hemos podido usar el fuego pequeño durante todo el viaje). Creemos que deberian revisar mejor las camper para que otros pasajeros no se encuentren lo mismo que nosotros una vez que ya has empezado el viaje. Aun asi, hemos disfrutado mucho y el personal que nos ha atendido ha sido muy amable.

Spot on! Couldn’t fault Indie Campers, from the very start to the very end. Had a slight issue, which was rectified and sorted immediately with the support team! Thanks guys for making our adventures happen.

This was really my first time in a campervan. The pickup was seamless. The guy who was there was helpful and informative about everything that we needed. The trip also was really nice. We were able to visit many different places and saved by cooking and eating out of the camper. . .not all the time but some. We did have a little issue with the awning, getting it go back in it's slot but the whatsapp assistance was perfect. Otherwise the trip went well and we were able to stay in and enjoy some amazing places.

We hebben fijne weken gehad in de camperbus , beetje jammer dat ik de band steeds moest oppompen ivm hij langzaam leegliep voor de rest prima bedrijf en goede service 👍🏻

We collected the van on Saturday 21st December there were a few people waiting before us we felt so sorry for the lady that was doing the check ins as she was alone and had to deal with everyone when it was our turn to check in she explained that a colleague had not turned up for work and she was alone having to do everything by herself she had even worked through her lunch break taking all this into account she was still very pleasant and helpful. We had a good week in the van there were a few very minor issues but nothing major all in all it was a good experience . We then dropped the van off on the 28th the same lady was there to check us out and again was very pleasant she remembered us and checked we had a good time again she was on her own doing everything we asked why this was she said the same colleague had not turned up again she didn’t complain and did her job brilliantly well done Angela Faro branch should be very proud of you

Angela was super vriendelijk en hielp ons heel goed bij het terug brengen van onze camper. Het was een super mooie reis.Het ophalen (niemand ter plaatste en geen service) kon beter

We had a great month long trip with our new 7 month old boy. Everything went smooth and the camper was great!
