Leisure battery didn’t work when off grid but as we only had one night off grid not. Huge problem. Team were great on collection despite us arriving 2 hours early and very efficient check out experience. Deposit returned in good time. Used Dublin depot. Just a little more information on how the van works We found the campervan we hire to be exactly what we where after and in great condition. I would recommend you hire the campervan you need not the one you think you want with some of the road being as narrow as they are.The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. We loved our time traveling around Ireland.

Clean the outside of the car too. Improve the signage. We weren't sure because the front buildings looked so deserted. We could put up a few more signposts to make it easier to find the registration. The size of the mobile home was great for two people. It was easy to navigate even on Ireland's narrow roads. We were on the road for 7 days. The gas bottle and bed linen are a must in my opinion for traveling comfortably. The explanations in the videos were great, so you could listen to the explanation again afterwards.

The dishes were missing basic items: bowls, peeler, glasses. A real shower door or curtain. We rented an Atlas model camper. The camper itself was functional. A few downsides: the 5th seat was not very secure, the bathroom handle was broken, the dishes were missing basic items (bowls, glasses, peeler, colander). We had a "Check engine" light, 2 days before returning it. Communication with indiecampers was great.

The Essentials Kit could have more than 1 garbage bag. We only got 1 small one. A full size towel could also be an inclusion that would go a long way for travelers; 1 per adult or just one for emergencies. This would also help with condensation buildup on the windshield before starting in the mornings. A towel would greatly help. We ended up having to buy one. Overall these were small things for us, and we loved our trip! Thank you for creating the option! It was very easy to book ahead with Indie. There were no "unexpected costs" to deal with. We rented a Nomad for 2 adults and our son under 2 and we found it very workable. We only used 1 full bed, even though we ordered the second bunk. It was nice to keep our luggage on the second tier though. Nomad allowed us to still travel every place we wanted except for Connors Pass. This was the only place too short for us to go through, but we still got to go up half way and see the amazing views!

Cleanliness could be a Little bit Better but ok overall. We had a great experience! From booking to payment, from collection to check out. Staff Is lovely and gave full support and explanations. We got full insurance and km and were satisfied with It. We cookies and are most of pur meals in the van, It was Easy and confortable, fridge a great plus. Travelling around Ireland with a relatively Total Freedom was fantastic! We would suggest this trip with Indie Campers to anyone, also families. We'll definately come back and rent a campervan again to visit more places in this beautiful Country!

Having not driven a vehicle apart from a motorcycle for over 10 years and received a shock when I encountered the gearbox and brake level position on picking up the van near Dublin. I think perhaps it could be beneficial to prospective customers to know the gearbox is dash mounted and significantly to most car makes and takes time to get used to. The local team really helped us get on the road so all good 😊

The floor of the van wasn't very clean. We had trouble getting passed the barrier when we first arrived and it took a long time to make contact with the staff to open the barriers. I was really impressed with the van, although we were not told that the heater would not work without more than one quarter of a tank of diesel. We should have been told this when we took the van as we had no heating on the first night. Once we got that sorted then van was excellent, very hot shower, comfy captain's chairs and everything you'd need for a week away. Would definitely hire one again!

As we arrived at indiecampers, the gate was closed and nobody answered the phone. So we had to wait a little bit. Maybe you can place a door Bell there. Our Camper was great, as expacted

Advise details of open facilities to charge the vehicle battery when van was collected. I have since been advised that there is an app that does provide this information. Fridge was dirty and smelly. Vehicle traveled well and all facilities used were working. It would have helped if we were warned about Ireland's very narrow roads in places and what parts to avoid.

Appreciated the folks at the depot giving a thorough run-through of the vehicle. Was a bit of a bumpy start with the cabin battery issues and the check engine lights. Perhaps a more thorough pre-check might have flushed out those issues in advance. But at the same time, I realize those types of things are a statistical inevitability. The responsiveness and support from the folks managing the whatsapp line and the folks on the ground at the depot really made all the difference. Really appreciate their efforts - they were great. It made me a little nervous that at checkout there wasn't any written acknowledgement or confirmation of the vehicle's return condition. That could be a process improvement. Additional, very small thing, but working with the eToll roads was also a little wonky, just because they can't tell you how many trips you took (apparently due to privacy issues). Would be great if that could somehow be automated or mediated by indiecampers a bit more. Overall, was great. Thanks.

Small rubber carpet inside the cabinets, just to the things do less noises during the ride. Ad blue should be not part of the customers, is something essential for the car, like the oil or the braking liquid. Amazing van! Super good for 2 persons! Easy to drive, easygoing cooking and chilling when you stop! Love it! I think more people should be tough to fit inside the van and do the famous van life.

Maybe including ad-blue in the van rental price would be good :) First road trip in a "campervan" validated! It was great! Thanks to the team!

Everything was perfect Everything was really easy and fast. Both guys who attended us, Ryan and a Spanish guy were super helpful and honest about everything, helped us with all questions we had and was overall the best experience we could've asked for. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, and it was also affordable.

The people behind us had to wait quite a while for us to be checked in. It was a bummer that no one else was there to help them. We felt bad. Pleasantly surprised by our experience and would absolutely recommend if you have a bit of patience.

Really happy with how we were looked after by your local team. The vehicle, whilst met every need, was somewhat tired and had seen better days, but no complaints. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The team was very friendly and patient when explaining how to operate the van and super quick when I dropped the van off. They will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and will help you take a taxi back home.
