The hot water heater was not working for our showers but we talked to the team there to look at it when we dropped the car off. The team was very helpful! Everything was great! The team here was very good at explaining what we needed to know before we hit the road and very receptive when we arrived back asking us how the trip was/if there were any issues. They walked us through the final paper work and check of the van. Our only con was our hot water did not work very well which meant very short and cold showers but other than that the van and service team was everything we hoped for.

The check in process was smooth and efficient! My experience overall was good as expected. We ran into a hiccup the first day where the heat wasn't working while it was sub-0 in Colorado and roadside assistance was not too helpful with the situation but was able to be assisted by Andy to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, there were residual complications from the lack of heat and I was without water but everything else was wonderful with the local teams' customer service and the vehicles usability.
