A few small issues with the van. One blind not working etc. But nothing major and nothing that would impact the fun we had. Great experience - the guy who runs the company in Split was very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. We had a great week and the camper van was perfect for us. Excellent trip. Lots of amazing memories.

O Tiago o rapaz que nos fez o check in e check out foi espetacular, embora as caravanas estivessem um pouco mal tratadas devido aos clientes anteriores, o Tiago fez tudo para nos entregar a auto caravana nas melhores condições e resolveu o problema que tivemos com a unica chave que a Indie Campers fornece, O Tiago foi super simpatico e um excelente profissional. Gostamos muito da viagem de caravana na Croacia em Split.

Tiago, the guy who checked us in and out, was amazing. Although the caravans were a little poorly maintained due to previous customers, Tiago did everything he could to deliver the motorhome to us in the best conditions and resolved the problem we had with the only key that Indie Campers provides. Tiago was super friendly and an excellent professional. We really enjoyed the caravan trip in Croatia in Split.

First of all, I would like to say that I had an amazing experience with Indie Campers last two weeks. Couple of points to improve in my opinion as a frecuent traveler: - Green Card must be original and up to date (mine was out of date and I had issues in a country border) - Fuel tank must be full at the time to Check IN and return full at Check OUT (easier for every body)

Mieux indiquer visuellement l'agence de récupération du véhicule (panneaux). Rendre le lieux plus accessible (obligé de prendre un taxi, pas d'accès piéton de l'aéroport, ni d'arrêt de bus). Mettre a disposition un numéro direct pour joindre le personnel de l'agence si éventuel probleme/dépannage. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec Daniel qui a su nous guider et répondre à nos éventuelles questions lors de la réception et du dépôt du van.

Better visually indicate the vehicle recovery agency (signs). Make the place more accessible (obliged to take a taxi, no pedestrian access to the airport, no bus stop). Provide a direct number to contact the agency staff in case of possible problem/troubleshooting. We had very good contact with Daniel who was able to guide us and answer our possible questions when receiving and dropping off the van.

Ricardo is the best!!! De only thing is that the space of the beds is too small and not comfy. Linien, tables and chairs should be provided for free cause it’s a must. Otherwise everything amazing

The vehicle needs updates on its basic funcionalities, like window looks, hatches and other items that are made of plastic. They need to be repaired in order the camper to be better. All the support from Nu from the Split location was amazing, he was open to clarifying questions all the time, and was super helpful! He is the meaning of customer care!

We had an amazing time exploring Croatia in the van! Indias was super kind and helpful, always there if we needed anything and gave us great recommendations for the area! Overall a really great experience.

We were received by Luis Lima and the checkin process was very good - He connected very well with us and did an excellent job. All explanations were performed and any queries promptly answered. He ensured we were very comfortable in all aspects before departure. Great work and awesome personal skills. We were received by Indias Fernandes, who did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and received all notes from the details of minor technical issues we detected during the days we spent with the van. All-in-all it was a very good experience where Indias showed full knowledge and control of the situation while valuing our feedback on any item. A good checkout process, especially in this kind of service where the receiver is able to quickly make a personal connection and give honest attention to any feedback is key to improve the overall satisfaction. We were very lucky to have Indias with us.

All the features in the van were pretty instinctive and helpful. I had a great experience so far! Kashem was very supportive and helped me in all the instructions and checkin necessities. He’s a great helper, I must say! Fast and efficient! Brilliant job!

Perfect service at the pick up and drop off locations! Small Tipp: add a indie campers sign at the gate because it is hard to find the exact gate location. But the service was outstanding ! The service at the pick up and drop off was great! However we had issues with the van brakes and the stove. The stove didn’t work so we couldn’t cook with the van. Also the brakes needed to be checked in a body shop which costs some time and nerves of course. The gas was only half way filled when we picked up the van and we had to fill up the ad blue after already 2 h of driving. But the overall experience with the van, the service and the company was great!

There is no signage for the Indie Campers pick-up location in Split. The only point of reference to ensure you don't miss the entrance: a small café and Jaguar workshops? Otherwise, you'll have to take a long detour near the airport! We suggest that the bedding kit and the essential travel kit include towels/bath towels; It would be convenient to have a step-type bench to facilitate access to the interior; A toaster or toaster would be useful!; The length of both the electricity connection cable and the water supply hose is too short. As a final comment, we highlight the availability, professionalism and friendliness of Daniel Índias, who welcomed us in an excellent manner despite the precarious conditions of the workplace! We are left with the desire to travel with Indie around the world again!

The Nomad is a nice camper and a good friend. But of course, there is some room for improvement. An awning would be absolutely mandatory for our next trip. That's why we want to rent the new Nomad model next time. The windows and especially the fly screens were a bit aeging and didn't work sometimes. We've had some trouble to cross the border from Croatia to Montenegro because there were only copies from the car registration in the camper. The customer support (chatbot) couldn't help that quickly, only after a few hours a real human got in touch with me. But I won't complain at all. It was a great trip and a really nice experience again with Indie Campers.

We loved our van! Such an amazing way to see Europe. Nelson was very friendly and made the checkout process easy!

Leave a little tool box (screw driver, Allen key, tape) in the camper for little arrangements.

Une offre de kits de camping plus étoffé (torchon à vaisselle, serviettes...) ou une petite boutique (essuie-tout, pâtes, sel, huile, lessive à main...) sur le lieu de check-in serait vraiment top et éviterait de devoir s'arrêter au supermarché le plus proche dès le départ. Proposer un point de vidange pour que l'on puisse vider gratuitement les eaux usées et les WC chimiques au moment du checkout sans avoir à courir après une station service équipée le dernier jour des vacances serait vraiment sympa.

A more extensive camping kit offer (dish towels, napkins, etc.) or a small shop (paper towels, pasta, salt, oil, hand detergent, etc.) at the check-in point would be really great and would avoid having to stop at the nearest supermarket right from the start. Offering a dump point so that you can empty your waste water and chemical toilets for free at checkout without having to run around looking for an equipped gas station on the last day of your vacation would be really nice.
