The local team was timely, efficient, friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions as first-time campers. It was our first time renting, driving, or living in a van and Indie Campers made everything feel so easy and manageable. Especially the local team in Richmond. She answered all of our questions and made it so that we felt completely comfortable leaving for our trip. Can't wait to go again!

Extremely helpful staff on location who went above and beyond to provide an amazing service for our rental van on our travels.

We had requested winter tyres through the online webchat and when we arrived the head office had not passed this request on to the team. But the team (especially Michael) were very quick to sort this, first class service from them getting it all in order with no prior warning! No improvements, again amazing check out service from Maria who got us sorted quickly so we could continue on with our journey! 10/10, would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Everything was great. Service was awesome. The team accommodated our last minute pickup time and were super nice. Only thing I would suggest is a visual guide, like a pamphlet on how to use all the functions and when to use them. ie. electric vs propane etc… we had a great explanation pre-trip, but it was a lot to remember as a first time RV driver. We figured it out though! This company is going to grow a lot here! Keep it up.

Would be nice to have a privacy curtain between driving seats and cabin. Had to hang up an extra bed sheet. It was a great trip, will definitely be booking an RV for future trips!

The vehicle is well equipped, maybe review the comfort of the mattress. And see for warmer duvets. Excellent experience for our first road trip. Thanks to the team. Can add different road maps, or leaflets to guide travelers.

Un personnel bilingue serait un vrai + dans un pays comme le Canada. Cependant les employés étaient clairs et sympathiques.

A bilingual staff would be a real plus in a country like Canada. However, the employees were clear and friendly.

The RV was great! Such a great experience to be able to settle down anywhere in the beautiful landscape of BC, and have everything you need at hand. It takes a lot of gasoline to drive it, so don’t forget to budget that into your holiday. The customer service itself was a bit messy, but the girl who helped us at the pickup center was amazing! Sorted out everything for us immediately.

The van was really amazing and I liked how all the service was very helpful and on time.

Dela was awsome and even got our motorhome earlier. The windshield wipers needed changing, it left the windshield all messed up when used, even worse than driving with rain all over it. The rear camera was awful, the image was just a blur. The sensor for the grey/black water semeed a little off, we just emptied the tanks and it was marking 1/3 and 2/3 right after. Overall was an amazing experience, just get those things fixed and keep up the good job! The checkout was supposed to be at 8, but the office opened only 8:30 past and we almost lost our flight.

Local team were amazing! They provided us all the things we needed and advices that we don't have knowledge about. specially, it was our first rv camp!

It would have been nice to have been asked if this is our first time in a camper van - then getting a bit more information would have been great - like the toilet tabs should be used so often,... a full propane and fuel tank at the pick up would have been nice Maybe some more tips on places nearby to refill propane would have been nice.

Bitte Video mit Anleitung zum Fahzeug was wir später über WhatsApp erhalten haben bei Abholung zeigen. 1 Decke für 2 Personen im Herbst ist im Roofnest definitiv zu wenig, damit wären wir nicht zurückgekommen 🤣 Hotline oder direkter WhatsApp Kontakt wäre hilfreich, ist so sehr umständlich. Hotline Video bei Abholung Bettdecken Jahreszeit angepasst

Please show a video with instructions for the vehicle that we later received via WhatsApp when we pick it up. 1 blanket for 2 people in the autumn is definitely not enough in the Roofnest, we wouldn't have come back with that 🤣 Hotline or direct WhatsApp contact would be helpful, it's very inconvenient. Abtrocknungstücher und Abwaschbürste /-schwamm fehlten, Grill und Dusche waren nicht borhanden obwohl als Extra bestellt bzw.im Standardequipment eigentlich vorhanden, Check-in Personal konnte nicht auf alle Fragen antworten. Sonst war alles sehr einfach, der Jeep sehr sauber und modern und praktisch, wir waren happy! Einfache und schnelle Rückgabe, nettes Personal, alles wunderbar!

Drying towels and dishwashing brush/sponge were missing, grill and shower were not available although they were ordered as an extra or actually included in the standard equipment, check-in staff could not answer all questions. Otherwise everything was very easy, the Jeep was very clean and modern and practical, we were happy! Easy and quick return, friendly staff, everything was wonderful!

The van was great, inside was clean and everything worked as expected. To improve if there was dump station at the rental drop off, and if propane and gas was full at pickup.

All good so far….kitchen equipment such as cutlery cooking utensils were very basic. This needs improvements.

Customer service prior trip was aweful until with got in contact with Micheal in Vancouver where he helped make our trip much better.

Everything was perfect. Do the checkin and checkout in the airport.

I was not shown how to change the features of the 'Auto' headlights, how to change the vehicle into 4-wheel drive, or how to increase the brightness of the dashboard. Which caused some difficulty with reading the speedometer during the day. I would recommend going through the additional vehicle features during the check in. The whole team at the Vancouver branch were outstanding! Kind, thorough, and informative. Maria went above and beyond at check-in to go through tips on driving safely in Canada (I am British, and this was my first time driving on the right side of the road) as well as teaching me about Bears and what to do if encountered. Michael and Daria ensured a smooth and quick check out, as well as offering their hospitality and a coffee while I waited a long time for my taxi pick up. Thank you for all of your help.
