Your team is great. Very nice. However, I recommend that you check with your subcontracting company for cleaning because at this price we expect a proper cleaning and not half-assed.

El checkin fue muy rápido y no nos dio tiempo a poder ver la furgo con tiempo. Por otro lado el tiempo para entregar o recoger la furgoneta es muy limitado (de forma gratuita). El personal (hombre portugués) fue encantador y muy amable. El problema fue durante el viaje que fuimos encontrado diferentes inconvenientes aunque el servicio nos atendió con mucha rapidez. Agradecemos mucho al hombre portugués su atención en el checkout, nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo

The check-in was very fast and we didn't have time to see the van in time. On the other hand, the time to deliver or collect the van is very limited (free of charge). The staff (Portuguese man) was lovely and very friendly. The problem was that during the trip we encountered different inconveniences although the service attended to us very quickly. We are very grateful to the Portuguese man for his attention at checkout, he helped us in everything he could.

Flawless experience with friendly check in and out. The van was exactly as ordered with all working parts, would not hesitate to book with indie campers again :) Prompt and patient road side service for a small technical glitch

Everything went really well! Would definitely recommend. Best way to visit and explore Austria 😁 To have a box where you can take supplies that were left from previous campers. We had left a lot of stuff which we bought for others to use. Eg salt pepper wood etc. which would have been handy not to have to buy if left from previous customers

Mr Nelson from Vienna depot is very friendly and helpful in assisting the departure and arrival of the campervan. He even assist in changing our caravan, since the first one was not in a good condition. Well sone Mr Nelson, thank you for your support. Would love to use IndieCamper elsewhere to explore europe.

Overall the camper was as described. Just a couple of things that bothered me which is why I rated 4 out of 5 stars. 1) The drivers side window blind was missing, manager provided me with a pillow case to use a blinder, so the problem was sort of solved on the spot. 2) The vehicle was completely empty on fuel, it had 15km left to drive, luckily there was a fuel station near by so I refueled it. 3) The bed sheets were not very clean, however the manager gave us new set of sheets on the spot. 4) Upon searching for the vehicle documents I discovered that they were missing, the manager tried to print them but the printer didn't work, so instead they were sent to my email, I felt not so comfortable driving in a foreign country on a rented Van without documents. 5) The chemical toilet was missing from the van, but when asked it was brought to me and put into the van. 6) The rearview mirror was held in place by a masking tape, it was ok at first, but then after a couple of days on a hot day the masking tape failed and the mirror almost fell down, we caught it in time, we had to glue it back up to the windshield. 7) The seats had lots of big stains on them, but that is expected of a rental vehicle, but still a little uncomfortable. 8) A thing to notice, since we got our van with empty fuel tank, we wanted to return in with an empty fuel tank, but we were surprised that we can't turn aux. heater when low on fuel and the refuel lamp is lit, so we had to refuel the van more. Overall the manager was very cheerful and was happy to help and resolved all the problems as much as she could, thank On the checkout there was nothing I could think of that can be improved. Thank you =)
