Your team is great. Very nice. However, I recommend that you check with your subcontracting company for cleaning because at this price we expect a proper cleaning and not half-assed.
Votre équipe est super. Très gentille. Toutefois je vous recommande de voir avec votre société sous traitante pour le nettoyage car à ce tarif on attend un nettoyage correct et pas à moitié m.

The check-in was very fast and we didn't have time to see the van in time.
On the other hand, the time to deliver or collect the van is very limited (free of charge). The staff (Portuguese man) was lovely and very friendly. The problem was that during the trip we encountered different inconvenience...
